The Role:  Team Member - Barista

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, a knack for excellent customer service, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and food items, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring a positive experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of deli foods and beverages with care and efficiency.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all surfaces, equipment, and utensils, and keep retail displays tidy and inviting.
• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to company recipes and standards.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment with precision and care.
• Assist customers in selecting menu items, answering questions, and providing recommendations as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and equipment maintenance.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
