In this role, you'll craft a variety of desserts and pastries to perfection, adhering to recipes and quality standards. With a keen eye for detail, you'll bake and decorate cakes, tarts, and more, ensuring creative flair and precision. Managing pastry inventory and maintaining a clean, safe kitchen environment are essential, as is collaborating closely with team members for seamless service. Your experience in pastry and baking, technical proficiency, and ability to innovate in menu development will contribute to our culinary excellence on Brompton Road.
