ABOUT THE ROLE

Alston Beef and Bar is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team in delivering exceptional dining experience to our guests.

If you have a passion for grilling perfection and experience in kitchen sections, this is your opportunity to shine. Simply bring your culinary expertise, creativity, and passion to our dynamic team where we offer a 4-day working week!

Skills Requirement:

- Proficiency in assigned kitchen stations predominately grill

- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and taste

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with the kitchen team

- Dedication to uploading hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen

- Preferred minimum of two years of proven experience in culinary arts, particularly in grill cuisine
