We're looking for a Junior Operations Manager, with an F&B focus.

We want to hear from inspired and energised F&B enthusiasts, ready to take the next step in their career towards management- looking for their next opportunity and want to make their mark, working with the F&B Manager and the team leaders, leading a fantastic team, and delighting guests, whether it's for morning coffee, breakfasts before work, private dining, evening dinners or an event.

You should have 'food & drink' oozing through you, you love to talk wine matching and food combinations, you are bang on trend and always aware of the next trends around the corner, as well and knowing when comfort food or a good home cooked roast is best.

You lead and will inspire, living our 'Ownership with Personality' value.

To be successful you should have proven experience in a similar F&B role, maybe at team leader or supervisory level, preferably 2 years+, with  some commercial awareness.

This Junior Operations Manager (F&B) role is key within the F&B team, working with closely with management colleagues to take the Hotel forwards to the next level.
