Role Overview: As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms. Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper, your responsibilities will include:

• Thoroughly cleaning assigned rooms and ensuring they meet our exacting standards.
• Arranging guest rooms appropriately and replenishing linens and supplies as per hotel guidelines.
• Properly cleaning and storing equipment.
• Keeping storage areas tidy and well-organized.
• Reporting any damages or maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisors for prompt resolution.
• Addressing special requests from guests, including those from repeat and VIP clients.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a luxury environment.
• Relevant NVQ or professional qualifications are advantageous, though a strong passion for the role is essential.
• An excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry.
• Immaculate personal presentation.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to engage warmly and professionally with guests.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
