As a BIMS Shift Runner you have a really important role!  When the managers aren’t there, you are leading the team to deliver shifts that run smoothly, enable great guest experiences and smash their targets.  When the managers are there, you are a key support to them in running the perfect shift. 

-        Delivering shift briefs that really have impact

-        Communicating with guests and employees

-        Getting hands-on front of house and in kitchen

-        Maintaining service quality, product quality and speed even when its busy

-        Keeping the restaurant and kitchen sparkling clean at all times

-        A natural ability to communicate well with lots of different people

-        Experience in a shift runner, team leader or senior team member role

-        Lots of energy and someone who enjoys working at pace

-        Kitchen experience is really useful
