We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Restaurant Administrator to join our team. As the Restaurant Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, managing administrative tasks, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our establishment. If you have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining smooth administrative processes, we invite you to be a vital contributor to our fabulous restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Responsible for conducting and ensuring compliance with Health & Safety checks.
- Responsible for overseeing and reporting on the maintenance of the building.
- Assist in maintaining employee records.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for office and restaurant supplies.
- Active participation in stock takes and inventory management processes.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate with the management team to support special events and promotions.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage tasks.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyse Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Capability to effectively liaise with both internal and external auditors.
