• Previous kitchen experience in a high-volume environment.
• A passion for creating exceptional food and maintaining high standards.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while keeping the kitchen organized.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
• A positive, proactive attitude and a team-player mentality.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and innovate alongside talented chefs.

• Prepare and cook dishes to Wingmans’ award-winning standards.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen environment.
• Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure consistency and quality in every dish.
• Assist with stock management, food preperation and kitchen organisation.
