Housekeeping - New Park Manor Hotel

Contract: Zero Hour Contract
Salary: £11.55 per hour plus service charge

New Park Manor, a beautiful recently refurbished luxury family hotel, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Room Attendant. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Job Type: Casual Worker Agreement – Hours are offered to our casual workers in line with the demands of the business (this position has the opportunity for becoming more permanent for the right candidate)

Job Description: As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and tidying guest rooms to the highest standards
• Replenishing amenities and supplies
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the housekeeping manager
• Assisting guests with any requests or enquiries
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
