The River Lee are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Accommodation Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the accommodation & housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service are maintained throughout the hotel. You will support the Hotel Manager and the General Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the overall hotel at all times.
The responsibilities of the role will include:
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of all assigned operational functions
- Leading an accommodation management team in delivering a market-leading guest experience
- Working proactively to increase rooms revenue
- Working with the People & Culture department to ensure rosters are in line with projected budgets
- To be aware of and analyse all forthcoming business
- Working with the senior management team in the preparation of annual budgets
- Working on various hotel projects, refurbishment projects and system updates as required
- Driving all aspects of product integrity management across all departments
In the role of Executive Accommodation Manager you will be an ambassador for the hotel, and you will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, or looking to take the next step in their management career. You will have excellent communication skills, and a creative, hands-on management style.
