Where are we located?

Located at the Champs-Élysées in the heart of Paris, this new stunning restaurant opening is due to open in spring next year. We are now looking for a Finance Manager that would like to join us for a week of prior training in London and who will be empowered to contribute to this new exciting opening!

Your day at Aqua:

• Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting: Oversee all financial operations (audit, tax returns, TVA), prepare detailed financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annually) and develop rolling forecasts to ensure actionable insights for strategic decision-making - manage the Accounts Payable process and making sure the suppliers are paid on time
• Strategic Financial Leadership: Implement effective financial strategies to support operational and investment goals, maintain robust financial controls to safeguard company assets, and optimize processes while ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Business Partnering and Collaboration: Collaborate closely with operations and other departments to provide financial impact analysis, advise on new business opportunities, and offer insights to improve profitability and performance
• Performance Metrics and Long-Term Projects: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor risks and opportunities, and lead projects to better understand cost structures, such as labour and goods spending
