Role Overview:

As a Host/Hostess in The Gallery at The Westbury Hotel, you will be the welcoming face of our renowned Afternoon Tea service. Your warm personality and attention to detail will ensure our guests have an exceptional and delightful experience from the moment they arrive until they depart.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Provide guests with information about our menu, special dietary options, and seasonal offerings
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing reception area
Anticipate and respond promptly to guest inquiries and needs
Work closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience
Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and hygiene
Handle guest feedback and concerns with grace and efficiency, ensuring a positive resolution

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within a high-end hospitality environment
Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards
