Salary: £35,000 per annum

The Revenue Manager is responsible for compiling and analysing data to make qualified decisions regarding rooms, package pricing and executing these decisions. It also includes the compilation of all data on the business as well as the on the competition and ensuring the wider business and Hotel GM’s have the information needed to budget, forecast and analysis.

A key element to this role is communication, all areas of our business need to be fully aware of data available and the strategy for moving forwards.

This role typically sits across two Hotels – Eastwell Manor and Mottram Hall. The base loaction is Eastwell Manor. 

Some Responsibilities include:

  • To create and execute revenue generating group projects alongside other Champneys teams.
  • Produce reports and demonstrate the maximisation of revenue.
  • Constantly review information available on internal systems.
  • Consistent and timely analysis of booking patterns and market trends.
  • Monitoring competitor performance constantly.
  • Update package and room rates on all systems.
  • Effective yield management.
  • Initiating promotions and building packages to generate business at key times.
  • Forecasting revenue performance.
  • Liaising with the Reservations Teams, Reception and General Manager in relation to all revenue matters.
  • LNR and RFP completion and negotiation.
