Salary: 16.52

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute a variety of high-quality pastry and dessert items.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop creative menu offerings.
• Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation.
• Assist in training and supervising junior pastry staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar role.
• Strong skills in pastry and baking with a creative flair.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
