Situated on the east bank of the Thames, the four-star New Providence Wharf hotel is a modern luxury retreat near the world-famous O2 Arena, and just 20 minutes from the ExCel Centre and London City Airport.

We are currently looking for a Event &Groups Executive to join our Truly Talented team.

You will be responsible for, but not limited to, performing the following tasks to the highest
standards:

Manage event and group reservations according to the hotel’s selling strategy and company standards. This includes handling inquiries, creating proposals, maintaining the reservations inbox, and managing booking amendments and cancellations.
Ensure timely follow-up on all inquiries and manage bookings from initial contact to contract completion, including accurate data entry and system updates.
Be knowledgeable about the hotel’s facilities, services, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities, including upselling equipment, F&B, and other amenities.
Provide a seamless customer experience by using systems effectively, tracking revenue, issuing timely invoices, and preparing reports for the weekly Revenue Meeting.
Respond professionally to guest communications, taking ownership of requests and feedback to ensure timely resolution.
Collaborate with local hotel teams to enhance guest engagement, address issues, and promote the hotel’s image.
Protect guest and team member data by following GDPR and PCI guidelines.
Greet clients and event organizers, oversee events, and gather feedback.
Organize and update the weekly BEO meeting and ensure all BEOs are distributed to the operations team.
Complete all required Health and Safety training.
