Revenue Manager

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an aspiring  Revenue Manager to work with our Commercial Director with our expansion in the ‘limited service’ hotel sector.

We currently operate 6 hotels in the Leicester Square area and due to open a further 6 properties in 2023. This will be a combination of new hotels or hostels totalling a pipeline of units.

Duties and responsibilities for the Revenue Manager include but not limited to:

-              Roll out of RMS system for both hotels and hostels

-              Pricing management via RMS for both hotels and hostels

-              Develop a Commercial culture with the reservation team and Front of house

-              Transform the current Reservations team into a Digital savvy Communications team.

-              Introduce a central group strategy for all brands.

-              Review and introduce procedures that works across the portfolio.

-              Assist Commercial Director with roll out of our new technology ecosystem.

-              Assist Commercial Director with new openings including set up of PMS
