Sous Chef

We are looking for a superstar Sous Chef to join our boutique, 21 room, luxury hotel in Margate.

This is a once a great opportunity for someone looking to make their mark on the coastal culinary scene and work in a kitchen with a stunning sea view.

The Job

You’ll help lead the kitchen in our restaurant concept, Pearly Cow, set in a beautifully refurbished hotel in the heart of Margate overlooking the beach.

You are food-obsessed. You love fine dining as much as a perfectly cooked burger and take pride in delivering both. You understand seasonality and sustainability in the kitchen. You’re passionate about British produce and presenting beautiful plates.

You know the kitchen inside and out, and most of all, you love your team. You excel at training, motivating, and leading by example. You’re hands-on, spending more time in the kitchen than behind a computer.
