Job Purpose

The Strategic Partnerships Account Manager is responsible for selling long term, impactful partnerships and growing the business revenue across set categories. This role will drive new business revenue, manage and nurture existing client relationships and identify up-sell opportunities to promote business growth.

Outline of key responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate a strong new business pipeline across clients and agencies within set categories
  • Achieving individual, team and tentpole sales targets on a quarterly basis
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue across dedicated sales patch, proactively sharing trading information to the line manager to support finance team planning
  • Build new senior level client relationships and make connections for internal stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Nurture existing client relationships and generate an impactful annual retention strategy for key accounts, maintaining and driving revenue through up-sell opportunities
  • Ability to understand client business challenges and generate clear commercial briefs to share with Creative Lead role
  • Confidently create and present bespoke, first in class, multi-platform content solution proposals aligned to client KPIs and target audiences
  • Attend industry events, conferences and AllBright events to generate new leads for the commercial partnerships team
  • Understand and pitch all areas of the global AllBright and everywoman business, including Alliance, Memberships and Private Hire to drive cross departmental up-sell opportunities.
  • Research and monitor the competitive landscape, remain current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to help inform future commercial opportunities
  • Use research and analysis to reveal new perspectives on client challenges and market opportunities across finance, tech and business services sectors, fostering a culture of creativity and strategic problem-solving
  • Identify and capitalise on new commercial opportunities in domestic market, leveraging industry trends and audience insights to drive business growth
  • Be the commercial lead for at least one major tentpole across the year, responsible for creating pitch deck, commercial packages, P&L support and lead generation

 General Responsibilities:

  • Undertake any additional duties as reasonably directed by management
  • Adhere to company practices, policies and procedures
  • Ensure good communication with all colleagues, ELT and SLT
  • To be a role model to junior colleagues and demonstrate leadership skills

 Personal Specification:

  • 5 years+ experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record of success
  • A self-starter, commercially driven, results focused
  • Ability to create compelling and creative sales pitch decks
  • Proficient in Canva, PowerPoint, Salesforce, and Excel 
  • Represent AllBright in a highly professional manner at internal and external events
  • Exceptional communication and client management skills
  • A true team player with the ability to self-motivate
  • Target driven, highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • An astute business instinct that drives profitability combined with creativity
