We’re an award-winning drinks business, including two breweries, a wholesale business, packaging and distribution centres, and both physical and online retail stores. We have ambitious plans to drive our trade business forward, focusing on maximising revenue through our Free-trade and Wholesale businesses. To achieve this, we’re looking for an experienced CRM Marketing Executive to join our team and help shape and execute our CRM strategy.
As our CRM Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth across our trade sector by enhancing customer engagement and loyalty through targeted email marketing campaigns. You’ll work closely with the trade managers to deliver strategies that drive sales, optimise customer retention, and improve the overall performance of our CRM activity. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and the ability to implement creative, data-driven campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute CRM strategies to drive sales and revenue across the UK, Jersey, and Guernsey.
- Create and deploy personalised, targeted email campaigns to the trade database, promoting new offers, products, and seasonal content to boost online sales.
- Implement an ongoing cycle of triggered email communications, driving maximum revenue from existing, lapsed, and dormant customers.
- Produce engaging email content to encourage prospects to shop with us.
- Build and execute a strategy for growing the email database, increasing opt-ins, and applying effective segmentation to optimise results.
- Design email templates and tactical campaigns for quick deployment to support key sales areas.
- Continuously optimise campaigns by testing subject lines, creatives, offers, and send times to maximise ROI.
- Manage and optimise marketing spend, ensuring it delivers value within budget.
- Report on email campaign performance, demonstrating clear ROI and impact on business objectives.
- Collaborate with the trade managers and shop managers to ensure online stores are optimised for sales, including product range and live offers.
