Sous Chef

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our talented team at The Blues Kitchen. 

Reporting to the Head Chef, our Sous Chef will be enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about delicious, fresh food and great service. Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment, and our Sous Chef will need to drive a high standard of execution and be committed to delivering consistent, beautiful dishes as part of Manchester’s most loved dining experiences.
