Maintenance Engineer - GYMBOX

Day-to-day activities will include: 

You will have good communication skills and able to work within a team as well as on your own dealing promptly with gym staff as well as members and contractors across multiple gyms in central London. 

You will be required to carry out planned preventive maintenance and repairs to the M&E Services as well as the Fabric of the gyms to a high standard, in line with HSE Health & Safety regulations. 

You will need to have background within the building services industry. 

You will be required to carry out reactive repairs to HWS & CWS systems including drains and toilet blockages. 

You will be required to work 40 hours per week on a flexible shift patter. 

Your shift pattern will be agreed with you in advance.
