We are looking for a passionate and associate focused Food & Beverage Coordinator to join our incredible Kitchen team at Pan Pacific London.

JOB SUMMARY

The Food & Beverage Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting both the Kitchen and F&B functions. This role ensures smooth workflows, accurate documentation, and effective communication to enhance operational efficiency. The F&B Coordinator will support the Kitchen function three days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Friday) and the F&B outlets for two days a week (Wednesday, Thursday) in an administrative capacity. The tasks will include but not be limited to:

·         Managing and processing purchase orders in an efficient and timely manner to ensure our suppliers get paid on time

·         Drafting rotas and once approved inputting these into Fourth Hospitality

·         Keeping track of associate absences and completing return to work forms on their return

·         Supporting with day to day recruitment by reviewing CVs and putting suitable candidates forward to Senior Management

·         Ensuring that training documentation is up to date and all associates attend when required

·         Keeping menus and Food Bibles up to date in conjunction with the Executive Chef

·         Supporting the team with the Private Dining Rooms – printing of menus, BEO coordination, allergens

Additional Information

Working knowledge of SAP, Harri or Fourth Hospitality systems would be advantageous however, training will be provided.
