Jang, located in the Mezzanine of the iconic Royal Exchange, is seeking dedicated and talented back-of-house professionals to join our family as a Breakfast Chef in January 2025.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Breakfast Chef specializing in English and German cuisine. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Bring experience Proven experience as a Breakfast Chef, preferably with expertise in both English and German cuisine.
• Menu Development - creating and updating the breakfast menu, incorporating seasonal and local ingredients.
• Support the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth, efficient service.
• Be motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about high-quality culinary experiences.
• Work well in a team, fostering a collaborative kitchen environment.
• Be committed to creating outstanding, sustainable dishes that uphold our standards.
• Know Health & Safety practices.
• Possess the legal right to work in the UK.
