In the role of a Guest Experience Manager you will be ambassador for the hotel and you will be passionate about delivering world class service to our guests.
You will be passionate to lead your team into delivering an excellent service by adding your unique human touch to the guests' experience, whilst being a people's person and open-minded. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role in a similar establishment, with a hands-on management style.
