About The Role:Days of Working: Monday to FridayKey responsibilities
- Manage a team of across multiple departments both facilities and hospitality.
- Budget management within the department.
- Office management (office moves, stationery ordering, queries, complaints etc)
- Always providing excellent customer service
- Supporting the facilities function with small maintenance works
- Creating a welcoming lobby and environment
- Ensure the meeting rooms are run effectively and efficiently
- Manage the contracts associated with the building e.g. plants, archives, couriers etc)
- Brief reception and security staff on visitor protocols and run via rota if appropriate
- Working from the office five days of the week
Qualification & Skills
- Previous experience in a similar front of house role is essential
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Right to work in the UK
- Solid and proven administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong IT skills and excellent understanding of Outlook
- A scan-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Confident, trustworthy and dependable
- Excellent communication skills
