This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.
About The Role:OCS Group is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to lead a team of 8 security professionals in a flagship, state-of-the-art building. This high-profile role demands exceptional leadership, precision, and a commitment to perfection in both security operations and front-of-house service delivery.Key Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing, and motivating a team of 8 security guards to ensure all procedures and policies are executed to the highest standards.
- Overseeing daily security operations, including physical security patrols, access control, and incident response.
- Ensuring the team delivers a world-class front-of-house service, maintaining professionalism and attention to detail at all times.
- Conducting regular audits, checks, and briefings to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Proactively identifying and resolving security issues or risks while escalating matters where appropriate.
- Monitoring and ensuring all team members adhere to uniform standards, performance expectations, and company policies.
- Operating and monitoring CCTV systems (preferred) and ensuring accurate reporting of any incidents.
- Providing detailed reports and accurate record-keeping in line with client and company requirements.
Requirements:
- A valid SIA licence (SG or DS) is essential.
- Experience operating CCTV systems is preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory security role, ideally within a high-profile or flagship environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop teams effectively.
- Solid understanding of security operations, including patrols, incident management, and access control.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to achieving perfection in all tasks.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work initially Monday to Friday and transition to a 4 on 4 off shift pattern in the near future.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
