Portico are on the lookout for an enigmatic Welcome Host & Barista to launch a brand new contract, based at a multi-occupied building in Charing Cross. 

As our brand-new Welcome Host and Barista, you will join another Welcome Host, working as a team of 2, creating and maintaining a 5-star welcome experience for guests and visitors of this busy building. The team will work closely with the building management and events team on internal events, giveaways and pop-up vendor experiences.

The team are the focal point of the building, coordinating other services and reporting any issues to the right channels. This role is bespoke as we are also creating a one-of-a-kind welcome experience, being able to offer our visitors a barista made coffee on arrival, as well as full concierge service.

Shift details: 40hrs including 1hr lunch break, shifts from 8am-5pm, Mon-Fri.
Salary: £32,000

Previous Barista training is essential, preferably within a high-end service environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
Good knowledge of MS office. 
A self-motivated person. 
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to use own initiative.
An interest and basic knowledge of wider facilities/building management.
