Arcade are seeking a Head Chef to join their team at our flagship site! Are you as passionate about great global street food as we are?

We're looking for a Head Chef that's comfortable running a (very) large operation and developing a team to be it's very best.

Located just off Tottenham Court Road, in London’s Centre Point, Arcade Food Hall showcases our core philosophy of creating multiple unique brands and championing emerging food and drink talent, all under one roof.

10 brands fill the space: Plaza Khao Gaeng, Arcade’s flagship southern Thai restaurant; Hero Indian Fast Food, serving up North Indian street food; Middle Eastern shawarma kitchen Shatta & Toum; American diner-style food at Manna; Indonesian street food from Bebek! Bebek!; and Japanese sushi and an omakase experience from Sushi Kamon and now... Solis specialising in grilled chicken & steak, with flavour influences from Spain, Portugal, Uruguay, & Argentina.

Drinks from our destination bar, are created using fresh market ingredients to mirror the flavours of the kitchens and a fully-packed calendar of events completes the line-up.

The Position

As Head Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of consistent, high quality and innovative dishes and specials; you will play a key role in menu development, working closely with the Directors. You will manage the overall kitchen operation, including prep schedules, stock control, budgeting and maintenance, as well as the day to day management of the kitchen team.

If you have the following, then we want to hear from you:

• Previous experience as a Lead, Head Chef in a similar high volume, branded environment;
• A highly creative approach to your work with excellent attention to detail;
• Proven ability to manage, train and motivate a kitchen brigade;
• Experience in managing staff costs, scheduling and reviewing staff rotas;
• Strengths in finances, GP & purchasing;
• A strong working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures;
