Catering Assistant

Aspire People are looking for an experienced Catering Assistant for a Primary School within the Peterborough area.Applicants must have experience in a Catering role, preferably within a school environment, although not essential. You must be willing to work on a temporary basis although the position has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.Duties include:* Preparation of food and beverages.* Preparation of sandwiches as requested.* To work as part of a team, including assistance at buffets as required* Cleaning duties including kitchen, dining areas, furniture and equipment when required.* Always maintaining safe and hygienic working practicesThis is an excellent opportunity to work on a part-time basis within an educational environment.You must have an enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain a new DBS to be considered for the role.The contracted hours of work for the role will be Monday-Friday 9am-3pm, term time only.Please apply now if you are interested in finding out more.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
