About the Role
Within the position of Chef Manager, you will be working as part of the Workplace Experience Team, curating a workplace environment that increases well-being, productivity and enhances company culture that our end uses want to be a part of.
As Chef Manager, you will:
- Ensure the highest quality food production and prompt service, adhering to budgets and client satisfaction standards.
- Oversee kitchen operations, including food planning, ordering, and supplier relationships, to maintain efficiency.
- Lead and train the team effectively, maintaining accurate records and ensuring consistent service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen and service areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
About You
As the Chef Manager, you will drive a key part of the customer touchpoint journey, as an ambassador of exceptional customer service for ISS Livv and its clients.
- Customer-Focused: Demonstrates a collaborative approach and builds trust
- Food Service Management Experience: Previous experience in hospitality food production service and managing financial aspects
- People Management: Ability to influence, motivate and develop others, directing them towards a goal
- Health and Safety Knowledge: Knowledgeable in COSHH regulations and manual handling procedures
Working Hours
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
- Shift Times: 7.00am to 3.30pm
