Your Next Exciting Opportunity
We're on the hunt for a passionate and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead our dynamic Reception and Nights team at The Aberdeen Altens Hotel. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to shape unforgettable experiences for our guests and inspire a team to deliver excellence every day.
You will report into the Cluster General Manager and be responsible for the following;
- Create Unforgettable First Impressions: Ensure our reception area is always welcoming, tidy, and exudes a pleasant atmosphere.
- Delight Our Guests: Go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued, handling compliments and concerns with equal grace.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay for our guests.
- Drive Efficiency: Implement control systems to accurately record revenue and manage expenditures wisely.
- Lead and Inspire: Train, develop, and motivate your team to achieve the highest standards of service.
- Be the Local Expert: Use your knowledge of Aberdeen and our loyal clientele to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
