Key Responsibilities:IT Operations Management:
- Manage daily IT operations, including servers, networks, hardware, and software systems.
- Monitor and ensure the smooth functioning of hotel property management systems (PMS), point of sale (POS) systems, and other operational software.
- Implement and maintain robust backup and disaster recovery procedures.
- Oversee network infrastructure to ensure connectivity, security, and reliability.
- Manage upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance of IT systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Enforce IT policies to safeguard data integrity and security.
- Ensure compliance with local and global data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Regularly conduct security audits and implement corrective actions.
- Lead, train, and mentor the IT team to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Provide technical support and guidance to all departments, addressing IT-related queries and issues.
- Act as the primary point of contact for third-party vendors and service providers.
- Identify and implement new technologies to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
- Oversee IT-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
