We are currently looking for a passionate Kitchen Assistant, to join our Kitchen team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Kitchen Assistant your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·         Ensuring all kitchen areas clean & ensure food is stored correctly.

·         Prepare cold kitchen food items as instructed by the Larder Chef.

·         Ensure the menu is correct and available on a daily basis along with allergen information.

·         Food preparation in line with the weekly forecasted menu.

·         Food safety/fire training/manual handling.

·         Ensures food control- ordering-storing.

·         Be compliant in the preparation and service of dishes as laid down by the departments SOP and in line with company red star standards

·         You will be required to work 40hours per week, on a shift rota.
