We're looking for a General Manager for the Hand and Spear in Weybridge.    The pub is located a stone's throw from Weybridge station, which makes it the perfect stop for commuters, and has a large car park beside it which gives it huge opportunity to be a destination pub.    The pub comes with 12 bedrooms, perfect for those who are exploring leafy Surrey or catching a flight from nearby Heathrow or Gatwick the next day.  We're looking for a General Manager with fresh food experience to develop the business and grow the reputation for food in this beautiful pub.  Please note that this is a Live-Out position.
