What we look for in a Chef de Partie:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Chef de Partie, or an accomplished Commis Chef ready to take the next step. You should have a passion for quality, fresh ingredients and an eye for detail in creating memorable dishes. As a Chef de Partie, you must excel in a fast-paced kitchen environment, being a natural team player with strong communication skills. As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering great food and an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Quality: Consistently champion high standards through creating fresh, delicious food every time.
Teamwork: Be a hands-on, proactive team player with excellent communication skills.
Creative input: Collaborate with the Head Chef to design and implement new dishes and daily specials.
Organisational Skills: Plan and maintain effective GP and labour controls.
Drive Growth: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Willingness to Learn: Develop your skills and grow within the role by learning new kitchen duties and techniques.
