Casa Cruz is a handsome, warm and intimate neighborhood restaurant in London’s Notting Hill. The Casa Cruz philosophy is to be a “home-away-from-home” for all guests.

As we approach our 10th anniversary in 2025, we are excited to announce a special collaboration with Paris’ acclaimed restaurant Jaïs, led by Chef Jaïs Mimoun.

From October 18th to December 20th, we will transform into a Parisian-inspired brasserie, offering a limited-time menu of modern French cuisine enriched with international influences. The Role:

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and skilled bartender to join our team. If you’re passionate about mixology, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love creating memorable experiences for guests, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including signature cocktails, classic drinks, and custom requests.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Restock bar supplies and manage inventory effectively.
• Process card payments, and manage tabs accurately.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during shifts

What We're Looking For:

• Previous bartending experience is essential.
• Knowledge of popular drink recipes and techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with ease.
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
