As a Spa Receptionist you will:

• Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Answer phone calls, book appointments, and respond to enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Manage spa reservations and ensure accuracy of booking information.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the spa reception area
• Process payments accurately.
• Provide information about spa services, promotions, and products to guest.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as pool checks, health and safety and inventory management.
• Collaborate effectively with other spa team members to deliver a seamless guest experience.
• Adhere to spa policies and procedures to ensure the safety and satisfaction of guests.
