In this role, you’ll lead a dynamic marketing department and be at the forefront of supporting our brands to stand out, resonate with our audience and help drive our culture.

What You’ll Do

You will be responsible to oversee marketing and PR functions of both hotels. You will develop & organize promotional activities, prepare & issue press releases, invite influencers, and media to promotional activities.

Lend and lead all creative work to support concerned departments, prepare annual marketing & PR budgets, work closely with revenue generating departments & support them.

Act as the hotel’s liaison with media to promote good publicity and counteract bad publicity. Implement promotional activities, advertising campaigns, etc. Accept customer and media complaints, requests and inquiries; coordinate with concerned departments in handling the same.

Develop ideas for designs of posters, backdrops, etc and guides work of artist. Supervises and directs photographers during hotel photoshoots.

What You’ll Bring

• 1-2 years of experience in leading the marketing & PR department in a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• A passion for marketing and branding with a proven track record of driving successful campaigns.
• Strong experience in both digital and traditional marketing channels (social media, email, content, SEO/SEM, events, etc.).
• A creative mindset with a strategic, data-driven approach to marketing.
• A natural leader who loves to mentor and inspire teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
• A love for staying ahead of the trends and finding new ways to push boundaries.
