The role 

As Marketing Director you will oversee all marketing activities of the hotel group, ensuring the marketing team effectively fulfils the organisation’s strategy to maximise return on investment by creating, implementing and measuring a comprehensive marketing and communications programme that will enhance the Company’s image and position within the marketplace. 

As Marketing Director, some of your responsibilities will be as follows; 

• Develop, coordinate and deliver the Hotel Group annual campaign calendars
• Identify commercial initiatives/opportunities
• Actively participate in Marketing, PR, Commercial and Operational meetings
• Manage marketing strategies and activity
• Oversee and direct photo, video and multi-media shoots across the group
• To report, track activity and communicate results
• Responsible for the hotel content Matrices, overseeing & managing the updates of hotel, restaurant, bars and other relevant channels, online platforms
• Support the Brand, Guest and Digital Experience team with initiatives
