We are currently recruiting for a Bartender for our Peter Street Kitchen Restaurant and Bar, located within our 5 Star Edwardian Manchester Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel.

Overview:

.         An amazing opportunity to join the team in the Bar at Peter Street Kitchen, our flagship restaurant at The Edwardian Manchester. A Radisson Collection Hotel.

.         You will have a good knowledge of the menu and be able to serve a variety of drinks and cocktails to our guests. You will ensure that the specification of drinks is kept as per brand standards and that the presentation of all drinks is to an exceptionally high standard.

.          You will have good knowledge of wines and spirits and be able to answer questions and make recommendation's as appropriate. 

.          You will ensure any discrepancies such as spillages and breakages are reported and kept to a minimum so that the month end stock take is accurate. 

.          You will ensure that all orders are processed through the Micros system and that bills are correctly generated with the appropriate payment taken.

.         You will keep the bar area clean and tidy, free of mess and obstacle's so that a seamless service can be delivered. 

.         You will be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco and Micros 

About You:

•         Previous bar tender experience of working in a high-end liquor led bar operation and cocktail experience is essential for this role.

•         Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

•         An impeccable command of English both written and spoken.

•         A passion for food and beverage and the desire to keep up to date with the latest liquor trends.
