Featuring a sleek infinity-pool, lounge, restaurant and resident DJs, our vibrant seasonal location is a dynamic lifestyle concept that captures the essence of contemporary dining and entertainment making it the dining destination in Mykonos.

Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure mise en place levels are maintained to guarantee smooth service, with a focus on quality, consistency, and impeccable presentation
- Embrace opportunities to learn and grow, gaining experience across various kitchen sections under the guidance of senior chefs
- Inspect incoming goods for quality and accuracy, ensuring proper storage practices and minimizing waste
- Prepare food products according to recipes, ensuring precision, care, and adherence to the highest preparation standards
- Conduct daily hygiene checks in storage areas and maintain clean, organized workstations in line with Zuma’s high standards
- Follow Health & Safety and Food Safety regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant work environment at all times
