At its heart, Flesh & Buns is a Japanese Izakaya. Fundamentally a Japanese gastropub. We focus on sharing plates - Robata grilled meats served alongside bao buns, Sushi, and Sashimi with a twist and small plates.

Looking for an Assistant Manager who will work directly with the General Manager to support and develop an incredible team of Chefs and front-of-house, providing epic experiences for our guests.
