Doorman

What you will do 

• Proactively welcome all arriving guests, paying special attention to repeat guests and VIPs, taking care of their luggage arrangements whilst personally escorting them to the Front Desk.
• Assist departing guests with their luggage and liaise with other departments to coordinate arrangements for ongoing travel.

·        Deliver a friendly,efficient and attentive level of service throughout our guests’ stay, in accordancewith Company standards.

• Park cars for hotel guests and Nobu London diners, following the Hotel charging procedure and recording the information correctly.

Who you are 

·        The successful Doorpersonshould have a background in 4*/5* hotels

·        Hold a full UK drivinglicense

·        A proactive approach witha self-driven attitude

·        Excellent socialinteraction and communication skills

·        Be able to work calmly whilst under pressure and remain customer focused

·        You will be a teamplayer; flexible with the tasks you carry out

·        Prior knowledge ofLondon and the surrounding area to assist guests
