Reservations Supervisor

 An exciting opportunity is created for a Reservations Supervisor to join our team and contribute to the success of our hotel.

As a Reservations Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising room reservations, ensuring seamless coordination between our guests and the hotel operation.

Salary: Up to £32,500 per annum

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Reservations Manager to establish and maintain high standards in the Reservations Department.
• Supporting to deliver the hotels room’s occupancy and rate goals whilst driving sales efficiency, conversion and quality.
• Overseeing the reservation process, ensuring adherence to departmental guidelines.
• Promoting a positive and professional atmosphere to guarantee guest requests are handled efficiently.

What we're looking for in our Reservations Supervisor:

• Proven experience in hotel reservations management.
• Expertise in managing reservations systems and processes.
• Effective communication skills with both colleagues and guests.
