Senior Sous Chef

We are looking to hire a dynamic duo; a Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, to join the team at our brand-new independent venue situated in a hugely prestigious location in Mayfair, opening in early 2025.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-quality restaurant with high volumes and exclusive customer base.
• Creativity and passion: A genuine love for cooking fresh ingredients; knowledge of Mediterranean cooking styles is advantageous.
• Attention to detail: Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Leadership: Ability to support and motivate the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
