We are currently looking for a passionate Accommodation Operation Manager, to join our Accommodation Services team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. As a Accommodation Operation Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

·         Ensure that job tasks are correctly allocated and assigned to staff on duty in Knowcross Service/Housekeeping

·         Has a proficient working knowledge of “Opera”

·         Understanding the financial implications of controlling staff level and cost control

·         Ensure department is efficiently run on the weekends

·         Ensure departmental SOPs are in place and up to date

·         Keep record of Spot Checks and Glitches for team performance analyses and areas for improvement

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than 40 hours.
