As part of our rapid expansion we’re on the lookout for a General Manager Designate to support our London area.
Could you be what we’re looking for?
We’re recruiting for General Manager Designate to work with and support our fantastic venues in the London area. You will report to the Area Manager to assist in managing our venues in the south west where needed.
We’re looking for creative, passionate, and exciting people with huge personalities to make our guest experience the best going. You bring the good vibes, we bring the opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent guest service, developing their team through coaching & training, and has the ability to run a large, multi-faceted business, with multiple revenue streams.
- A natural people person who puts great guest service at the top of their agenda
- Enthusiastic with an ability to create a sense of fun and motivate a team whilst upholding standards and maintaining company policies
- Do you show self-discipline, initiative and natural leadership with an outgoing personality?
- Can you motivate employees to work as a team to ensure brand standards are upheld
- Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommending appropriate solutions to any problems arising.
- Do you possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse team
- Do you have 2+ years of management experience in the leisure, hospitality, or F&B sector?
The Role
- Uphold our brand standards and company policies across all venues
- Adhere to licensing laws
- Manage and oversee all areas of the operation including gaming, food and beverage, whilst maintaining required standards of operation in daily activities
- Be fully accountable for all process and procedures within the business from daily transactions to inventory management.
- Create an environment that is team focused and encourage a professional and motivating atmosphere for all team members.
- Work closely with the venue managers across the south west Be able to deliver exceptional service to all guest
- Be able to work in changing and fast-paced environments
Requirements:
- Based within London
- Must be able to drive and have a clean driving licence
- Have flexibility in working location
- Able to lead a team with great leadership skills
