As a High-End Day Concierge, you will be responsible for delivering first-class service in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide bespoke concierge services throughout the day, managing a range of requests from travel arrangements to restaurant bookings, event coordination, and lifestyle management.
• Anticipate the needs of clients, ensuring their expectations are exceeded at every opportunity.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with luxury vendors, service providers, and establishments to ensure access to exclusive benefits and experiences.
• Handle all enquiries and requests promptly, with the utmost attention to detail, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Ensure a discreet, professional approach at all times when managing sensitive or confidential client information.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery and address any challenges efficiently and effectively.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends in luxury services, from dining and travel to cultural events and private services.
