We are a vibrant restaurant specialising in breakfast and Caribbean cuisine, located in Angel, Islington (NORTH LONDON). We’re passionate about delivering delicious, flavourful dishes in a welcoming environment.

We’re currently hiring for two key roles:

• Head Chef

Responsibilities:

- Lead the kitchen team in preparing, cooking, and plating high-quality meals.

- Develop and maintain kitchen standards, ensuring cleanliness and efficiency.

- Manage stock checks.

- Collaborate on menu development and bring creative ideas to the table.

Requirements:

- Proven experience working in a busy kitchen environment.

- Strong leadership, organisation, and multitasking skills.

- Passion for Caribbean cuisine and creating exceptional dining experiences.

• Kitchen Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing, cooking, and plating meals.

- Support the Head Chef in maintaining a clean, organised kitchen.

- Perform kitchen tasks like prep work, cleaning, and restocking supplies.

Requirements:

- Previous kitchen experience is preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

- Enthusiasm for cooking and learning.
