Here at BaxterStorey we currently have an exciting opportunity for a talented Accounts Director to develop and lead a team of Account(s) and General Managers located across the London region to provide exceptional service to our clients. 

As the Accounts Director, you’ll oversee a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring world-class standards, operational efficiency and financial delivery. The perfect candidate will understand how to collaboratively work with a passionate and talented team ensuring they have the autonomy to affect the direction of their business with a shared vision of outstanding service delivery.

• Strategic Leadership: Manage and inspire your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations in the catering or hospitality industry.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret financial data and customer insights to shape winning strategies.
• A track record of driving innovation in food services and embracing new trends.
• Strong presentation skills and the charisma to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A leader who champions health & safety, diversity, and inclusion.
• Natural people developer with a focus for training, motivating, and building high-performing teams.
